If an issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price or supply a materially different product without your agreement. If we cancel an order, amounts paid for the canceled items will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Wholesale Purchases
BONSIVU serves both retail and wholesale customers.
Wholesale quantities, pricing, availability, payment arrangements, and any special fulfillment schedule will be stated in the quotation or invoice before confirmation. Retail promotional codes apply to wholesale orders only when expressly agreed.
Our published return policy applies to wholesale purchases as stated in that policy. A quotation or invoice does not silently remove those return rights.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout or specified in your wholesale invoice.

8. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Our standard estimates are:
- Handling: 1–2 business days.
- Transit: 4–5 business days.
- Total delivery: 5–7 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery dates are estimates. Any different wholesale fulfillment schedule must be communicated and agreed before confirmation.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Eligible retail and wholesale purchases may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
We provide prepaid return labels for approved returns, cover eligible return-shipping costs, and charge no restocking fee.
Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt of the returned items, including inspection. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

10. Cancellations and Changes
Contact us promptly to request an order cancellation or change. Requests must be confirmed by our support team before shipment.
Confirmed cancellations before shipment receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.
